EXCHANGES
- All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase.
- You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product. We do not offer refunds at this moment.
- The customer will bear the cost of the delivery of the new item – for all local customers, we will be able to arrange pick-up & delivery for a flat fee of LKR 300.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- No returns/exchanges for discounted items or items on sale.
- You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product.
- All exchanges are based on the availability of stocks.
- All items should be in their original condition as when purchased (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) – once delivered to us, if the item fails our inspection rounds, the exchange request will be denied.
- The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches LEO, so please ensure it’s safe delivery.
- If the new item requested has a higher price point than the original product, the customer will pay the price difference.
- If the new item requested has a lower price point than the original product, the customer will be given store credit worth that amount (we do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds).
- Please allow a total of up to 2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed, we thank you in advance for your patience.
